After several years of working for larger "Big Box" companies, I made the decision to start Crossroads Carolina Realty, LLC in 2008.  I knew that paying monthly corporate fees meant that in reality, these fees were being passed along to my clients.

Being independent means I have more flexibility...such as offering Listing Commissions *as low as 3.9%.  That's right!  3.9%!!!  It also meant the freedom to offer a 9% monthly commission for Managing Properties.

As the wife of a retired Marine, and the mother of an active duty Soldier...I have walked in the shoes of a military Buyer and Seller and Homeowner who faces having or wanting to rent their property.  Let me put my experience, dedication and professionalism to work for YOU!
